Hope to see you there!

Short week ✔️
Busy schedules ✔️
Another round of winter weather ✔️
Even with all that, our students and staff continue to show up and do the work. We’re proud of the resilience and dedication across our district. Let’s keep the momentum going!

Do you have a child ages birth to 5? Our Special Education Services Cooperative is offering a FREE developmental screening as part of Child Find on Friday, March 6th.
This screening is designed to identify young children who may benefit from early support in areas such as speech, motor skills, learning, or social development. Early identification makes a big difference!
Appointments are required. Please call to schedule your child’s screening.
Help us spread the word to families in our community! 💜💛

As we head into Presidents’ Day weekend, we hope our students and staff enjoy a well-deserved long weekend filled with rest and relaxation. 💛
The stretch between now and Spring Break at the end of March is an important one, and we’re excited to come back refreshed and ready to finish strong. Enjoy the break, recharge, and we’ll see everyone back on Tuesday, February 17th ready to tackle what’s ahead!

Thank you to our students and staff for showing up, staying engaged, and making every day count. Consistent attendance builds strong habits, supports learning, and helps our schools stay connected and thriving. We appreciate the effort it takes—especially on busy weeks—and we’re grateful for the commitment our school community shows each day. 💙📚#everydaycounts

Every day in school matters. When students are present consistently, they build stronger learning habits, stay connected to their teachers and peers, and are better set up for academic success.
We know mornings can be busy and schedules can be full, but showing up—even on the hard days—adds up in powerful ways. Thank you to our students, families, and staff for continuing to make attendance a priority and helping our students stay on track. Let’s keep the momentum going! 📚#everydaycounts

This student's favorite classmate has four paws.

After reading buddies, Ms. Ward's 2nd grade class and Mrs. Derbyshire's 4th grade class did a campus clean up. They found a few treasures, LOTS of trash and even cleaned rocks off the astroturf.

🎉 Short week, strong attendance! 🎉
With no school on Monday for MLK Day, our students still showed up in a big way and rocked their attendance this week. Way to stay engaged, stay consistent, and make every day count—even on a shortened schedule. We’re proud of you! 👏📚 #everydaycounts

Cold and flu season is here, and staying healthy helps students be present, engaged, and ready to learn. A few simple habits can make a big difference:
🧼 Wash hands often
🚰 Don’t share water bottles
😴 Get a good night’s sleep
🥗 Eat well and stay hydrated
When students take care of themselves, they’re better able to make every day count. Thank you to our families and staff for helping keep our schools healthy and our students learning!

The students that are in the photos were chosen to be the 5th grade Fish Friend Ambassadors.
EXCITING NEWS!! Our fish eggs arrived on Monday afternoon, January 12th. The 5th grade students have made scientific observations and started collecting data.. Our goal is to release the fish into a local body of water sometime in the spring. The fish tank is located outside of the office, if you’d like to take a peek. FYI - This unit of study was made possible by Idaho Fish & Game, the Idaho Chapter of the American Fisheries Society, and neverending hours of work by Mrs. Fitzgerald
